Overview

VictoriaHearts.com is operating exactly the same as its predecessors. This list of dating services includes Valentime.com, VictoriaBrides.com and other mail-order Russian bride type services. These services are built on the premise and the idea that Western men have the opportunity to interact, date and marry Russian and Ukrainian women. Is this actually possible, or is it at all a con? Can you really marry Russian women and bring them over to the United States to live happily ever after or is it all a scam? Our investigative report asks these questions and much more, you can read our full review below.

Why Would Russian Women Messages Someone Who Has No Photos In Their Profile?

The first thing that striked us strange about VictoriaHearts.com was all the email messages that we received. You would think that we would be ecstatic to get so many messages from Russian and Ukrainian women but we weren't, why? It's because we knew something was fishy, these weren't legitamete women contacting us. The reason we know something isn't on the up and up is because the profile we created for this investigation was null of any pictures and very little personal information. That however didn't stop us from receiving 30 messages. And the real problem here is not that we got 30 messages but the fact that first of all our profile page didn't have any pictures at all. These women have absolutely no idea what we look like. Why is this important to mention? It's because on any dating service no man or women is going to contact you unless they know what you look like. The first thing people do is look at your photos, that's how they find out if there is a connection. But on VictoriaHearts.com we didn't have a picture so why are we getting 30 messages from women who look like supermodels? These aren't just regular females, the photographs of these women are professionally taken and the woman themselves look as if they are Russian and Ukrainian models. Are these women really contacting us or something else going on here?

Are Automated Bots Sending Emails To People?

We're not sure if this is happening on Victoria Hearts but on other websites that we have reviewed and exposed for fraud they were using something called "automated bots". An automated computer bot is a software program created to mimic and act like a real web user. These software programs can send people emails and instant messages on dating sites. On Victoria Hearts the messages we're receiving could easily be sent from computer bots and not from real Russian women. Why would they do this? They would do this because if you're getting a flurry of messages and you start replying to all of them it's going to cost you a fortune. This is how Victoria Hearts makes money, from people purchasing credits to communicate with other members. The more messages you receive the more money it will cost you to reply to those messages. The result of course is the corporation that runs VictoriaHearts.com will make even more money by sending you computer-generated messages and not real messages from real Russian women. Is this what's going on with this site?

Our dating profile is empty, no pictures in it and all of a sudden we start getting large amounts of messages. Why the hell would anyone want to contact a profile who doesn't have one single picture on the page? It doesn't make sense unless you understand that automated messages from computer bots are what's really happening. And in section 7f of the terms and conditions page they admit that they use an automatic algorithm that sends messages called "icebreakers" to members of their website.

Examples Of Some Of The Women Sending Us Messages

Below we have included screenshots of just a few of the over 30 Russian and Ukrainian women that have sent us a message. Take a look at those females. First of all you should take notice of how attractive these women are, secondly you should notice that these photos are professionally taken by a professional photographer. These are not regular selfie photos taken with a camera phone, these are taken by a professional photographer. Why would a professional photographer be taking photos that are then used on profile pages on VictoriaHearts?

This type of evidence just proves that something is wrong. It doesn't make sense that there are all these professional photographs of Russian women unless someone behind the scenes is orchestrating the whole thing. Why does every single girl have a professional photograph?

Are these real women looking to meet Western men or is it all a scam? Are these fake profiles that have been created by Victoria Hearts to make us believe that these Russian women are interested in us? Keep reading as we have the answer that you're looking for.

Staff Profiles (Ficticious Profile Pages) Are Admitted To Being Used

According to the terms and conditions page in section 11 a of Victoria Hearts they admit that from "time to time they do create profiles which are created maintaining managed by their employees". They call these fabricated profiles "Staff Profiles". They tell us that the "purpose of these profiles is to make sure that their website is operating properly." We've come across this statement many times, what we think is really going on here is that the website is fabricating their own profiles to inflate the number of women on the site. They're making it seem like the site has thousands of single Russian and Ukrainian women looking for Western men for relationships and marriage. It's all a psyop used to trick you into believing that you have a shot and meeting these women. They use these fabricated so-called "staff profiles" to send people computer-generated messages that are used to make you purchase credits. You cannot interact with anyone on this site unless you buy a credit, it's a credit based system that costs roughly $2 to read a message and $2 to reply to a message.

Why Are Women Adding Us To Their Favorites List?

Why are Russian and Ukrainian women adding us to their favorites list? We've already shown you that our profile is empty, we don't have any pictures on our profile and we've never filled out any personal information in our profile. It doesn't make much sense that these women are adding us to their favorites list because they know nothing about us and they don't know what we look like. We would only have to assume that what's really going on here is a computer software bot is being used to make it appear as if women are adding us to their favorites list. All of this is a marketing strategy. How it works is this. They use an automated computer software program to make it seem like real women are adding you to the favorites list. You as a registered web user of VictoriaHearts will want to see who has added you to their favorites list. Since all the women on this site are very attractive there is going to be a very high chance that you are going to want to communicate to the women who have added you to their favorites list . And of course you need to purchase credits to communicate with these phony women.

The Terms And Conditions The Best Place To Find The Truth

Anytime we do an investigation we always read the terms and conditions page. Many times on the terms page the website's administrators will outline in detail exactly what they're up to, even the fraudulent activity that there are involved in always seem to be mentioned on their terms page. In the situation of VictoriaHearts.com they stated that they use an automatic algorithm that is used to send messages and chat messages to registered users of their website. These are automated and no one is actually sending you those messages! A computer program is responsible for sending those automated messages that you thught were messages sent from members of the site. Also in the terms and conditions page they confess that they're responsible for creating profiles that are operated by their employees. You can take a look at those paragraphs below or click on this link to be taken directly to the terms and conditions page.

  • Section #7F We may allow our Validated Members (as defined in Section 12 (Suppliers. Validated Members) below) to choose to send the same message (an "Icebreaker") to a number of other Members, who are selected by an automatic algorithm in order to allocate the attention and activity among Members of our Service. You may receive Icebreakers from the same Validated Member more than once. Icebreakers may be sent through the same channels as ordinary messages, including as a chat message and as a letter.
  • Section #11A: We may, from time to time, create profiles which are created, maintained and managed by our employees (“Staff Profiles”).

Final Decision:

We strongly suggest that if you're looking to meet women you look much closer to home. The problem with these mail-order bride type of sites is that even if you actually find someone, what are the chances of it working out? In order for you to even have a real physical relationship you're going to either have to fly all the way to Russia and stay for a short period of time or you're going to have to pay for the airline ticket of the woman to come and see you. All of this makes it nearly impossible for these type of relationships to work out. Particularly on VictoriaHearts you can't meet real Russian women because they're using staff profiles (bogus women) and they're also sending you automated messages. We advise you to strongly think twice before using this website.

I blame myself because I read on a lot of negative feed back on VictoriaHearts.com dating site. There are to many red flags from the majority of women being very attractive, getting all these messages by the 100 at a time with very little in my profile, or young ladies that you are old enough to be there father sending you messages.  Another big red flag when several women asked me what is someone like you doing on this dating site. I believe you are talking to women or men for all we know but when sharing pictures I seen a lot where the image being sent to you does not line up with the profile photos they have.  If you allow the women they will be more than glad to talk to you dirty.  I do believe there are a lot of real profiles of women on this site because it is being operated with-in there own country. But when I was trying to get one female personal contact information I believe she slipped up by saying she couldn't because the last guy who got her personal information was harrassing her and told me they have to have a meeting first before she can get another guys personal contact information. The other problem they do not speak English if very little your message being translated either in Russian or Ukrainian. This almost ran me a $2,000 I blame myself again because I did investigate this site well in the beginning before I got to deep into it. I guess my big question why can't this be stopped!

  • Tony says:

99% victoriahearts is a scam. Many red flags: constant messages from different very attractive girls, canned questions, when I switched to Russia the responses continue to come in English as the other person did not even read in Russian. Bots bots bots

hirls would not give their personal phone numbers or emails

finally, I sent email to support asking for the payment schedule and service I get in return – no response!:)

overall, stay away from sites where you are requested to pay per message. I can assure you that all of such sites are scams especially now when it is easy to create bots. The pictures are easy to organize or pull from the model agencies

    fraud!

  • Ito says:

I recently joined the site, got more than 99 messages in hour.   But I am wondering that how did these people got huge data.  I took some images and tried to find person on Google using images search. I should get something but nothing I got.  So I assume girls using this website to earnings point of view, just to get credit or everything here is automated using bots or algorithm.

Come on already!  A website with only pictures of models whom are all willing to fall in love with you no matter your age and how you look?  Nothing fishy there at all!

You want to laugh?  Sign in and post a picture of a donkey.  Rest assured that you will still get tons of mesages and emails from women loving the way you look.

Stay away from that site as they are nothing more than crooks.

  • George says:

Well I try other sites the last one I have big scam .so this time I give a shot to Victoria Hearts .this time I pick to girls from California. both models one from Russia and the other from Bulgaria ( the most beautiful sexy girl you ever see). We chat for over 2 months .when ask for arrange a meeting they told me I spend 3000 in credits you do the math.

  • Mark says:

I did meet a girl on here, however the VAST majority are fake. I had to use Russian, ask for instant photos with my name in it, and in a few cases found and friendef them on VK and Facebook. But I had to dilligently vet them.  It helps that I speak Russian, lived in Russia and visit Eastern Europe frequently. I am in a committed relationship with a girl from the site – who I met – but I wouldn't recommend the site to most people. And of the girls who are legitimate, many of them are victimized by the site.
