Overview

This review is long overdue, 40PlusMatch.com is the focus of today’s investigation. As with all other reviews that we do we registered on the website so we could give you an in-depth honest and very detailed report of our findings. You can read the full review below backed up with evidence and proof of any wrongdoing and deceitful business tactics.

This Site Is Owned By Festivus Media BV

40PlusMatch is owned and operated by a corporation called Festivus Media BV. This is important to include in the review because we’ve investigated other websites owned by Festivus Media BV and all of them were frauds. 45PlusContact.com, LocalMatureClub.com, NaughtyMatureFlirts.com, LocalFlirtMatches.com, and AussieMatureContacts.com are all run by Festivus Media BV.

One thing we learned very quickly while researching is that Festivus media BV has lots of complaints and lots of negativity around it. The company operates hundreds and hundreds of bogus dating sites and what we have exposed is just really the tip of the iceberg. This company does anything and everything they can to get your money. All of which we will explain in this report. But if you join any website that has Festivus media BV connected to it we strongly urge you not to join that site.

Fictive Profiles All Admitted To On The Front Page!

While we were creating our account for this review we came across some startling evidence. Before anyone can gain access to the members area you need to agree to the terms and also the “usage of fictive profiles”.  Another word for fictive is fictitious or fake. So in other words we needed to agree and understand that the website uses fake dating profiles. You can take a look at the screenshot and circled in red below its states that there’s no way for you to create an account on 40 Plus Match unless you agree and check off the white box that you understand that the website uses fake profiles.

(Screenshot showing that the site uses “fictive” aka fake profiles.)

You Must Agree That The Site Uses Fake Profiles

The site admits that “chat conversations are between fake profiles and real users and therefore the website does contain fictitious profiles.” Then they state that “physically meeting these fictitious profiles isn’t possible.” This was also found directly on the front page of the website in a warning box warning us that the website does have fictitious profiles. You can take a look at the screenshot circled in red and you will see the evidence proving what we just told you.

(Screenshot showing proof where the website admits that they use fictitious profiles.)

Fake Emails All Admitted To On The Terms Page

You also have to be careful because the email messages are also phony on this website. In the terms and conditions page they discuss that they send messages to users through the fake profiles that they create. Please watch out if you start getting email messages from a ANY women. These are not real emails coming from legitimate women. The profiles are fake as we’ve already shown you and on top of that if you go to the terms and conditions page they also confess that they send fake emails to real members. They even tell us that the fake profiles are used only so you can exchange messages with them. And they mention that “real life meetings are not possible” with these women sending the fake emails. It’s essentially a scam, on top of a scam, on top of another scam.

Bogus Profile Photos Found On Other Sites

40PlusMatch.com admits like we’ve already shown you that they use fake profiles. They create profile pages that are 100% fictitious. They create all the content, the age, the location etc in the profile. They also use photographs in the fake profiles that they create. Obviously the photographs are of real women the only thing is that these women haven’t created a dating profile on 40 Plus Match. Their photographs have been taken from other websites and then they use those pictures on the fake profile pages that they create.

We have a software program that scours the internet and can find the exact same photo on any website. For instance if there is a profile that we think is fake all we do is click “search by image” and then we can search the internet to see if that fake profile photograph is found on other websites. Below we’ve included five bogus profile pages and we’ve also included the links where you can find those fake dating profile photos on other websites.

The Terms And Conditions Tell Us They Create Fake Profiles

Here we have even more evidence proving to you sentence by sentence why this site is a scam. This evidence was found in the terms and conditions page of their site. In the terms page they tell us that they have the “right to create profiles on their platform”. These are fake profiles that they used to con us. They also tell us that they have the right to send messages to users through the pretend profiles. They also admit “this website is for adult entertainment purposes” and it’s not their goal to bring real meetings between users. You can read the rest of the evidence below or click on this link and read it directly on their website on their terms and conditions page.

  • Festivus Media BV explicitly reserves the right to create profiles on the Platform and to send messages to the User on behalf of these accounts.
  • By accepting these Conditions of Use, the User understands and accepts that some of the profiles on the Platform are therefore fictitious and they have been created only to exchange Messages with; real-life meetings are not possible for such Accounts.
  • This Website or Service is for adult entertainment purposes; it is not our aim to bring physical appointments/contact between members.
  • User is aware and agrees that we may use moderated and fictive profiles for online adult entertainment purposes.
  • Festivus Media BV expressly reserves the right to send messages to this site by self-created profiles.
  • Physical contact with these fictive profiles is not possible.
  • Festivus Media BV denies itselves of all liability to the extent that is allowed by the law and assumes no warranty for any kind of damage or inconvenience caused by the Service.

I have a bad experience with website charmerly.com that cost me 3500 credits to realise it was a fake fantasy. When spending all 3500 credits I did ask to exchange details. and I have received from them just email only. we did send emails to each other for 2 weeks when I ask for more details. her mobile number or a home number. she applied back and said she had no mobile or a home number we talk and decided to visit her in Ukraine. when I email her I will be their. soners I book my tickets and she said I will pick you up from the airport. and I said thanks and she send email back to me .she needs to pay the taxi in advance for her to come and pick me up and she ask for me to send $150 dollars. I did not send any money and that was that before ask her to prove to me who she was if she was the same person that pictures show keep saying she had no access to do that I did not now who was behind the email. I don’t really now if I have made the right decision or not thank you for your time
