We're looking at today. We registered on the site as free members so we could conduct a thorough and detailed investigation into the site's conduct. Is this site legitimate? Is it a scam? These questions will be answered in our investigation. Part of our investigation requires us to read the terms and conditions, we also do due diligence by searching through the members area, reading through various parts of the site to see what kind of evidence we can come up with of any wrongdoing. If you want to read the full review you can continue reading it below.

Something to note is that is connected to numerous dating scams that we've already exposed for fraud. This long list includes,, and All of these sites and many more operated by the same dating network that continuously build new fictitious dating services. SoNaughty is just a latest in a string of phony hookup sites from this fraudulent dating network

"Free Lifetime Memberships" Are A Scam To Get Your Credit Card Info

After we created our account on So Naughty we were automatically sent over to another page where they asked for our credit card information. On that page they're asking for a valid credit card to activate a "free lifetime membership" on their website. They consistently say that the free lifetime memberships are free, and they don't cost anything. But this is all one big lie! They want your credit card for one reason and that is to charge your credit card (obviously). Don't fall for their lies because any time a website is asking for your credit card information you can rest assured that your card will be billed. On So Naughty your card is charged to three different websites all without your consent, all without your knowledge. On the bottom right-hand side of this free lifetime membership page they literally explain which websites you are charged to. You are charge to SoNaughty gold at $49.95 per month. On top of that you also get charged to another dating site called at $39.95 per month and lastly you get billed from a porn site called HDSchoolGirlz.Com at $29.95 per month. All of this is without your consent or knowledge. The only time you'll discover that you've been charged is when you go and look at your credit card statement and see that you're receiving charges that accumulate to almost $130 per month!

You can take a look at the screenshots below circled in red you'll see the evidence that we provided where they claim free lifetime membership are $0, and "verify a free lifetime membership". You can also see the other screenshots where we show you the various charges that you will receive on your upgraded membership.

(This is a screenshot showing you the free lifetime membership scam proving it's all a con.)

(This screenshot shows you the charges that will appeal appear on your credit card statement)

Fake Profiles Called "Patrons" Plastered All Over The Site

Unfortunately So Naughty isn't a legitimate site. On top of the fact that they try to dupe you into giving them your credit card information they have other dirty tricks that they use one of them being the use of virtual fake profiles throughout their website. This might seem like a dating site that has all the features you would expect in a real dating service but unfortunately it's not. The number one factor that helps us to determine if a website is real or not is if there are legitimate female members on the site. Unfortunately reveals that they are responsible for creating fake female profiles on their own website. In their own terms and conditions page in section 14 they admit that they use virtual profilea that don't correspond to actual members. This tells us that they're using fake profiles that are not real members of the site. They go on to state that the profiles that they create are called "Patrons" and they stayed a "Patron" could be a digital actor, an avatar or a synthespian which is a computer-generated person signifying these are not real people. They also go on to state that "Patrons" could also be employed by the website or third-party contractors are hired to enhance your online experience. Remember the word online, the only interaction you can have with these fake individuals is online you can never meet any of these profiles in person because they simply don't exist. The profiles you're looking at are of attractive women who HAVE NOT created their own profiles. We're not sure where these pictures are taken from but the women in the pictures have not created memberships on the dating site.

Our Profile Has No Photos But We Still Received Emails & Chat Messages

You can take a look at the screenshot below that we provided circled in red. It shows that we have no photos on our profile page that we created for this investigation. On a regular dating site if you don't upload a photo of yourself you're not going to get any people sending you instant messages or emailing you. But for some reason on it doesn't really matter. You can still get chat messages and emails even if you don't have a single picture in your profile, why is that? We know why we're getting emails and instant messages when we don't have any pictures. It's because this site is rigged, it's because this site is fake. So Naughtyis utilizing the "Patrons" also known as a fake profiles to send people bogus messages etc.

If you don't believe us you can do a quick exercise and register on the site. Make sure you don't provide any photographs and see if you still get messages and then ask yourself why would you be getting messages when you don't have any pictures on your profile page. You're going to come to the same conclusion as we did, this site is as phony as a $3 bill!

Phony Chat Messages From "Patrons" (Fake Women & Bots)

Something else that's discussed in terms and conditions page is the fact that the "Patrons", the fake women and bots are able to post information including pictures and communication such as emails and instant messages directly to any member on the site. We personally received 4 instant messages which we would have to assume are fake "Patrons". You can take a look at the screenshot below that we have provided as evidence. You can see that those women are attractive, one of them is even nude. Why would these women want to contact a member who has no information in his profile? Our profile is blank as we've already explained. These women have no clue as to what we look like and we never put any personal information on our profile page so why exactly are they contacting us? The reason of course is that these are not legitimate members of the site and they are in fact fake women and computer bots disguises to look like legitimate members of the site.

( This is a screenshot of the chat messages that we received. Do you really think that these women would contact a person who doesn't have one single picture on their profile page?)

The Terms & Conditions Blows The Scam Wide Open!

Below we've included the most relevant parts of the terms and conditions page. Please remember the terms and conditions is written by the administrators of These are their words not ours! On the terms page in section 14 they confess that they use virtual profiles that are not corresponding to real members in other words they use fake profile. They also go on to state that they employ people and also hire third parties to essentially trick you into believing you're interacting with real people that are interested in getting to know you better. They also confess that some of the profiles that are displayed to you in the members area or not real. You can read the terms and conditions for yourself directly on their website (section #14) or you can read it below.

  • 14.2 An PATRON may be a digital actor, an avatar or a synthespian (e.g. a computer generated "person" or "character"). PATRONS may be employed by or a third party to enhance Your online experience. For example, an PATRON may provide an electronic introduction to new or existing features or functionality, or discourage inappropriate behavior.
  • You acknowledge that You understand that some of the profiles and Members displayed on them are not actual members of the site. PATRON are not associated with any other user of the site, but are sent to You in an effort to promote broader enjoyment, additional activity and fuller participation in all our Services.
