Online Cupids

The first thing you notice when you are on is all the beautiful women who are members there. When we used the search function we came across many if not most of the dating profiles with the term "Online Cupid" at the top of every profile. We didn't understand what an "Online Cupid" was, until we read the terms and conditions page section #9. On the terms page they describe exactly what an "Online Cupid" is and its not a good thing. From their own admission an "Online Cupid" is a fictitious profile that has been created by the staff . All the information including the photographs provided in an "Online Cupid" profile is 100% completely fake. Since the majority of the profiles on this site are "Online Cupids" this would only mean that the large majority of female profiles on this site are in fact fake. As hard as that is to believe it is in the terms and conditions and you can follow the link provided here to read it yourself. If you look at the evidence below every single girl we searched for was an "Online Cupid".

From the terms and conditions page:

  • You understand, acknowledge, and agree that some of the user profiles posted on this site may be fictitious and operated by the Site or its contractors.
  • These profiles and related messages are conspicuously labeled with the Online Cupids logo
  • You understand, acknowledge, and agree that the information, text, and pictures contained in the Online Cupids® service profiles do not pertain to any actual person.
  • You understand, acknowledge, and agree that no physical meeting will ever take place between you and the individuals providing our Online Cupids® service.

No Girls Are Sending You Emails, They Are All Fake

Within minutes we were already receiving email messages from women on the site. All the email messages we received were "Online Cupids" (see evidence below). "Online Cupids" aka fake women are sending us these emails but why? The reason anyone receives these fictitious emails from women who are not actually members of the site is simple to understand once you realize how the site operates. This is how it works, if you wish to reply to any email messages you receive you need to purchase a paid subscription. This is why all free members start receiving automated email messages right away. It all boils down to them tricking you into believing you are getting emails from real girls. You will be very likely likely to purchase a membership if you think you have a shot at meeting these women in real life. The truth is you can never meet any of these women because they are not actual members of the site. Below is an explanation of what "Online Cupids" are.

From the terms and conditions page:

  • Messages sent from our Online Cupids® service may be automatically generated with no human involvement, and Online Cupids® messages and/or correspondence may be generated by third-parties hired or contracted by Us.

Fake Chat Messages From "Online Cupids"

Also part of the same agenda is the use of phony chat messages that are sent to free members to trick them into upgrading. You can look at the evidence below that we have provided. Do you see the words "Online Cupids" circled in red (see evidence below)? This signifies that this is actually not a real person sending me chat messages. It's a completely automated response from a fictitious women who is not a member of this dating service. Once again after you try to send a few messages you need to upgrade to continue communicating with the girl in the chat. Upgrading is useless since the girl sending you the messages is completely fake. The bottom line is that any messages you receive are sent to you by automated software programs that are designed to mimic real users.

From the terms and conditions page:

  • You further understand, acknowledge, and agree that, from time-to-time, Online Cupids® profiles may contact both free users and paid users via computer-generated Instant Messages or emails for purposes referenced above.

Automated chat messages

The Whole Thing Is A Scam

Not only does the site use fake profiles, automated emails and phony chat messages to trick you into purchasing a monthly subscription to the site. They also deploy other tactics such as a fictitious profile views to make it appear as if certain women have viewed your profile. They also use fake flirts to make it appear as if certain women have flirted with you. And even fake buddy invites which make it appear as other members are trying to add you to their buddy list. This is all a scam. No one is viewing your profile, sending you a buddy invite or flirting with you. All this is part of the grand scam of trying to deceive you into purchasing a paid monthly subscription!

Final Decision:

Basically this website is nothing more than automated system of deceit. You are not interacting with real people on this site. Everything has been fabricated. Everything from the chat messages to the emails are completely automated to get you to purchase a membership. We personally think you have a very slim chance of meeting real women on this site for the simple fact that this service is nothing but a con.

    • Matt623 says:

      This ISN'T just ONE website.

They have FOUR DIFFERENT SERVERS. Each of there servers has around 20 different websites  x 10 page list.

They own around 200 different website domains for every server. That's fucking huge. Just think about how many people got scammed on just one of there websites!

My point is: They are making millions of dollars off of doing this. That's a mega money! So, they probably don't give a shit about customer support and they most likely covered there tracks. Getting a hold of them is definetly not going to happen, buddy.

Btw, who the hell pays for porn?? The majority of internet porn is free, yet you've decided to pay for it? That's insane. but good luck anyways.

    • doug s says:

Been watching this site for some time now.  It's obviously a scam, because I get a handful of messages and replies every day to my "post" (which is a bare bones, no-info listing).  The women are all beautiful, and post suggestive messages.

In addition, at first, the women were pretty much in my age group, and mostly (though not entirely) clothed.  As time has gone on, and I have not purchased a membership, the women are now running about 10 – 12 years younger than me, and most post naked or partially naked pictures.

Even an idiot could figure out that all of these gorgeous women could not be lonelyhearts seeking companionship on a sleazy site like this one.

    • greg anderson says:

  • AJ says:

Excellent summary.  Stay away from this scam.  I suspected it wasn't real based on the online cupid instant messages that made no sense.  Some of the women were also too good to be true.

  • Paul says:

One trick I have been using is watching for the ways to pay in order to sign up. Most of the legit sites have you paying into PayPal, which is heads and shoulders above handing over all your credit card or bank information to a sleazy organization (if they can be called that). With PayPal, you are giving a recognized security operation your credit card info ONCE. I f at any time you choose not to be scammed and squeezed for money, you let PayPal that that site or it's affiliates are dropped and blocked. BOOOM! Eyes open everyone.

    • Peter Littlejohn says:

Yeah man! Been scamming  me for months! Trouble is you get on one site and then you're Connected to the other 100!Just told them refund Orville will get you investigated.30 mins later You have been refunded! I should do that to all the sites.

  • G L says:

    Total scam and a fraud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Harleysonly11 says:

    Hey Everyone,

i just wanted to add my two cents to the discussion.  As you all have said, this is a total scam but to take things a step further, I haven't found a legit site yet claiming to be a adult hook-up site yet that is real.  I don't understand how there can be so many sites that are all fraudulent.  Where can a guy go online anymore just to find a real woman to have some mutually beneficial fun, whatever floats your boat?  Honestly, and I'm not trying to sound like some player but less than 10 years ago or so, you could find countless women just in chat rooms who would be more than willing to sex chat, have phone sex and plenty who were more than willing to meet in person for a hook-up.  The first two options didn't even take much effort, the nsa hook-ups took a good deal of time cultivating the relationships through an actual dating website, my experience was on  I recently read info through Google for the top 10 legit sites to meet women to hook-up for nsa sex and they listed as the 1st or 2nd best site and thre is an affiliate site to for women over 50 and it is called  I have not joined the site but I have like over 70 unread emails, it seems the women over 50 don't have any issues making the first move to go after what they want.  As I write this out I'm asking myself why am I even wasting my time looking at this cheating Cougars farse of a site.  I should join and see what the real cougars are about.  I hope I was able to offer some suggestions for the guys out there to find some real women actually looking to meet real men.  I think the men need to stick together to try and reduce the fraud taking place and hopefully by spreading the word as a united front we can prevent other guys from being tricked into joining these bogus sites that are stealing money from every single man out there who pays to join.  The sad thing is to imagine just how many guys out there are actually paying memberships to these sites and guys don't kid yourselves, these sites wouldn't survive if they aren't making money and there wouldn't be so many of these sites if it wasn't lucrative for them to operate.  With all the class action suits that exist in the courts I'm actually surprised there isn't some firm trying to do something.

If if any guys out there read my post and have any success with meeting women online, please share the good fortune, I am open to suggestions. This is part of what I meant by guys sticking together and looking out for each other with so many fraudulent sites and so few real sites, share the wealth, there is more than enough women out there to go around.

    • Mark says:

99% of all sites selling the sex theme through dating or hookup sites are going to be fake….the only one I know of that has actual women that interract on the site is AFF and then again most of those are stuck up or scared shitless to meet up and talk over dinner or a drink. So off that note, whats the fucking point?….head back to the mall or grocery store and meet someone I guess…LMAO

    • Luke says:

The trouble is there are far more men than women on these sites. Ashley Madison has worked for me but need to chat to a lot of women before you have any luck, and only one in 25 or 30 replies (Unless you're George Clooney)

Better to go on the sites for straight dating (as opposed to sex) because there are probably more women on those and always some who are keen for as fling – you just need to apend more time chatting to them to see how they respond first

But any site that has large numbers of naked older women is obviously fake – very few real women put naked pics up for everyone to see

    • Rio says:

I got chu homie there is one out there… If you have a mouth piece u can get what you want homie…  I know where and how to get a ladies to say lets phuck or relationship material or something more u never know… I be noticing things about these sights that seem to encentricly intriguing because I ask the same question is this real….. And I think just like you bruh….I'm glad I'm not alone

  • Victoria says:

They are all a scam, every dating site and fuck site. My suggestion to you: Get out and meet real people in real time!! I'm sick of these scammers taking peoples money and giving nothing but shit in return. I've never paid to be on any site and I would not. Most of the men and women on those sites are from another country, if they are real to be begin with.

    • Mark says:

They are mostly from Gahna…LOL….and you mention you havent paid on other sites….well of course not, cause they like women to be active and make the suckers pay, us men….we get fucked the wrong way…LMAO

      • Shawn says:

        So true .

        Why was i so nieve?

Probably thought that the Internet was the way to go .

        But ripped off hugely.

  • DJMunch says:

This is the most ripoff site I have ever seen, you join, next thing you know is your credit card getting all sorts of charges you didn't authorize. I am over 200 dollars in charges for their 69 dollar membership. Nothing but a bunch of thieving bastards. Profiles are all fake!!!!!!

    • greg anderson says:

Hi cutie, first can you answer a question.. are you real or a bot.. if you are real I will send you my real email

you will only get one or two different responses that don't answer the question..

  • AlyKatt says:

I just wanted to point out that I, a REAL FEMALE, have an active profile on Cheating Cougars. I am not from a foreign country. I reside on the West Coast in the Pacific Northwest. Home is about an hour south of Seattle and I have made connections with people (men and women) on this site who live in and around the area. The meetings/hookups I've experienced were all positive and legitimate. I'm not sure how so many of you guys think the women or the profiles are fake. I'm a little shocked and confused that you're all claiming that. I'm mostly stunned that people actually PAY to be on a dating site.

    • Mark says:

scroll up…LOL….I said that woman dont have to pay cause they want the activity on the site to get the suckers (men) to go on and pay….also, the online cupid means they are fake profiles and are made for the same reason why women dont have to pay for a membership….LOL

    • Luke says:

If you are real you are in the minority. I have been winked at at least a dozen times a day by 55 yr old women with naked profile pics. I bet you don't have naked pics on your profile

    • greg anderson says:

It's a bot.. it's responses are based on the questions you ask .. try opening the message button for someone online and use this line!

Hi cutie, first can you answer a question.. are you real or a bot.. if you are real I will send you my real email

you will only get one or two different responses that don't answer the question.. I actually sat here and put that in on over 70 profiles that were online both on cheating cougars and on affairhookups and got the same responses on both sites.. on cheating cougars I did this for some time and actually got 0 online users after a while when I clicked on the who's online button.. so how in the hell did I get 0 users online if it's not fake.. at any given time there would have to be someone online if it were real.

  • james nelson says:

Are lonely women being similarly induced to pay for memberships by using male Onlne Cupids?  Thanks for your honest efforts to educate and enlighten us.  Very much appreciated.  (Anyone want a date?  Maybe?  Or a friend who is honest and who will not intentionally waste your time or betray your confidence?)  Best wishes.

  • Jon Leatherman says:

I just figured it out. And it's a fuckin scam!

  • Tim M. says:

What is even funnier to me is that if you reply to an email, which I have been able to do for free, and give them an email address to contact you, women from Ghana start replying all asking for $100.00 for all sorts of things. To freaking funny.

  • Luv says:

WOW, I wish I would've check this site before I spent my 29.95 and three days later they took another 24.95. Only to find out this is all fake. I had that feeling once I started getting all these emails and no response back. Thank you. Did anyone ever get their money back from this fake site?

    • Admin says:

You can get your money back, contact your credit card company and they can get your money back for you. Don’t le these scumbags keep your money.
