Overview

Be2.com is a mainstream dating site. This company owns dating services that target all the main languages on earth including English, French (Be2.fr), Italian (Be2.it), Norwegian (Be2.no), and German (Be2.de) to name only a few of them. Just like we do with our adult dating reviews we registered as a free member on this site to see exactly how it operates. You can read the full review and what we found out about this site below.

What We Think About Be2 After Signing Up

For every investigation we do there is a set agenda we follow. The first one is to create a personal profile on the dating site that we are reviewing. When we create our dating profile we make sure not to use any photographs and leave out as much information as possible. This way we can use this to our advantage. If we start receiving emails and instant messages immediately after registering on the site then we know it's probably going to be a scam. Why would anyone contact us when our profile is completely empty and we have no profile photographs?  In this particular situation with Be2.com we received no emails, no instant messages, no webcam chats at all ZERO. Our profile was left empty and that's the result you would get if the dating site was legitimate. This is one indicator that leads us to believe that Be2.com is a real dating site.

Usually when a dating site is a scam you get so many emails that flood your inbox it's ridiculous. In this case we got no emails at all. The reason that dating scams use email messages is to lure you into upgrading so you can communicate back to the women sending you the emails. But in every situation we have encountered the women sending us those emails were fake. In this situation we received no emails at all. So we have to conclude they're not using automated chat bots to deceive us so we buy a paid monthly subscription.

Another method we use to identify scammy dating sites is a software program called Tin Eye. This helps us to find fake profile photos and the exact locations where those profiles have been stolen from on other sites (many times amateur porn sites). And we're happy to report in this situation that the profile pictures we dug through were NOT found on other sites.

Final Decision:

From what we have seen about this site everything looks to be legitimate. After doing over 200 reviews of dating scams it's very easy to spot a scam. This website does not use utilize automated bots, it does not send out fake emails, or phony instant messages. We received none of that whatsoever. In fact we received absolutely no emails from anyone on the site. For these reasons we have determined that Be2.com is a legit dating service.

  • Ludwig says:

Many of the pictures on this site (be2) repeat troughout with different names and profiles. If you do not call this a scam, I do not know how to call it. Cheers

    • A says:

YES.  I have only been on a few days and have noticed this.  I'm so disappointed that I actually paid for this.  I am embarrassed I did.

      • Richie says:

Did you pay for a month ? Watch out because I paid for a month and I checked my bank balance today to find €179 deducted from my account . After I stated not to renew . Now I have emailed them . I will let everyone know the outcome . Beware !!!!!

        • N P I says:

I only joined this did on 7 March 2018 and within 3 weeks that deducted R1197 and when I asked the to cancell this account that told me it will be cancelled in July. I wanna cry cause that's a huge sun of money thet took.

  • Mark says:

A nasty scam site which runs very close to credit card fraud due to their auto-renew subscription feature which is impossible to cancel. They even establish fake dating review sites on the internet so they can give themselves a good review. Just awful, never give these people you credit card number.

  • Karen says:

I agree with Ludwig and Mark. I have experienced both scenarios and Be2 have set a debt collection agency onto me. I have been taken to court apparently and now I am getting my lawyer to make a claim against them.

    • Admin says:

Fight back Karen! Don’t let scammers get the best of you.

    • Ivan says:

It's all part of their fake. They won't rally take you to court, it will expose them, tell the debt collection company you are taking steps to recover your money and to stop harrassing you by phone as you will definitely not pay a cent. Be strong.

  • J wilson says:

Nothing but a scam. Wanted to cancel shortly after joining, they didn't get back to me in time and canceling seems almost impossible. Now they are threatening me with money collectors. Many profiles fake, same photos with different profiles most of the time. This site is a fraud.

    • A says:

Same here.  The clever way they worded their prices actually made it look like it cost $7 or so per month.  It did NOT say per week or anything like that.  I signed up.  Got an e-mail saying I've been charged $298.80 for a year's subscription.  Promptly e-mailed to ask them to cancel.  They replied back 2 days later to say, "no can do."  I am stuck with a subscription to this scammy website.  They assure me my auto-renew is turned off so I won't be charged this time next year, but I have my doubts.

  • Solo E says:

Just like Ludwig and J Wilson I too receive supposed profile notifications-  the same beautiful face picture but with different names, some of them I've recieved FOUR time! Sometimes clearly a European person buy the profile data says African!

But to confuse things even more- in 2009 I DID MEET A GIRL THROUGH be2!  I used their one week free subscription and met this stunning German girl in Cape Town. Maybe they wére legitimate once but now they ccertainly appear to be rubbish and fake. Fortunately I didn't subscribe so I can only see the fuzzy photos.

Don't be fooled all these sites are scams don't ever give out any personal information on the net. Old saying a fool and his money!!!

  • Marc rocco says:

If Dating busters cant work out Be2 is a scam with their fake profiles well then i say Dating busters are a scam or should change jobs . So easy to pick the fake photos

  • A says:

I think a class-actin lawsuit is in order.  But how do we make this happen?  Can you even do that with an international company, who is breaking laws and STILL getting away with it?  It feels hopeless, but there must be some way.

  • Deirdre says:

Hi am disgusted with this crowd of fraudsters

  • Sammy B says:

Seriously guys how can you find this is a legit website?  Same photo repeated a number of times with different names, absolutely no contact with anyone?  It is impossible to delete your profile or cancel your subscription.  Are you for real?

  • angie says:

These guys are scammers.  There is no scientific approach to dating evidence on their site.  Its filled with fake members.  They also scam people into a one month period promising you can cancel within 14 days.  When you try to cancel and delete membership it doesn't allow you to.  They then automatically re bill you and at almost 10 x the amount of the initial months fee.  Then still continue to bill and charge continued handling fees.  If you don't pay, they block your account so you definitely continue to bill you.  They do not make their terms clear and their site sucks!!!  DO NOT JOIN THIS SITE AND ANYONE BEING SCAMMED, WARN AS MANY PEOPLE AS YOU CAN ONLINE UNTIL THE MEDIA TAKES NOTICE AND AN INVESTIGATION IS DONE.  THEY WILL BE SHUT DOWN AND FORCED TO REFUND THE PEOPLE THEY SCAMMED!!!!

  • Charles says:

The site is a scam and they have a could not care attitude if one reads the comments on the app you will see the amount of complaints against the company

  • Mike Tunnicliff says:

    They are HORRENDOUS!    A SCAM!

    Do NOT use them!.

They took money out of my account 6 months AFTER I cancelled my membership, with no prior notice.  I have been emailing them to and fro.

I had posted letter back in September 2017; they now want proof of postage although they had withdrawn my profile as soon as I asked to cancel by email… Scanned and emaile another letter in January 2018 (after they deducted over NZ$300 from my account);they are saying that my letters are no proof of cancellation in time.

Their customer service is despictable, emails are rude, with no name or signature and total lack of business ethics.

Am trying to follow this one up further.

    Not acceptable.

  • Tamara says:

Scam scam scam lots of old ladies getting ripped off by malaysians and african 'construction engineers making millions' then paying to help fly them home then the man never shows or refunds just asks for more .Be2 is a hostpage for loveletterscammers preying on elderly ,lonely and tech illiterate… scam!!!

  • LAURA says:

i GOT REFUNDED , I AM SO GLAD ,  YOU HAVE TO CONTACT BE2 INTERNATIONAL TO GET REFUNDED AND YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE DEACTIVATED IF YOU ARE NO LONGER INTERESTED IN THEM.

EMAIL THEM NOW :   [email protected]

  • Vlad says:

    This is obviously a scam.

    The renewal is absolutely abusive.

    Account cannot be deleted.

I just called my bank to cancel the transaction and also had to block the card and get a new one.

Will be reporting to local police for card fraud.

  • Jo says:

Be2 IS a scam site. They make it extremely difficult to cancel and when you do find the details they want a fax with:

name, add, d.o.b, signup name etc and wait for it… your signature! Yes they want your signature and then they’re all set to commit even further fraud.

I signed up for the one month at £12.99. They took £51.96. I emailed them, the finally replied saying it’s £12.99 a week and unfortunate that I didn’t read that part. Well that part doesn’t exist.

My credit card company are now investigating them. Hopefully I’ll get my money back.

Meanwhile I will be posting warning all over the internet. If it stops just one person signing up then it’s a win. People like them are disgusting and have no morals!

  • Adrian R. S. says:

Advertised as 59 RON (12 EUR) per month, after one month increased to 300 RON. No payment information whatsoever available after registering. You are notified (in small font BELOW the payment section of the page) of the 300 RON renewal (i checked this trying to open another account), but if you miss it, after completing the payment you can’t see any payment information anywhere. No dates, no amounts. You can cancel only after handsigning a request, scanning it and sending it through email 7 days prior to a payment. You can complain but you are not refunded. In the Settings section you just see a message saying that details about your account will be available after a few days after opening, this message stays there forever. I can’t believe this site operates legally in Europe and nobody can shut it down!!!

  • Vicky says:

I was to pay $39.95 for a one month trial, they took $79.95 from my account….I received a call from my financial institution asking if I had done this as so many peop have been defrauded by them….I told I wanted to cancel my account….they wanted a signature to do so. I didn’t hear from them for 2 months now I am getting threatening emails to take me to court if I don’t pay $179.95 that I owe them for my supposed 3 month subscription….SCAM I’m already on to fraud department

  • ang says:

  • Mário Marques says:

I dont know how many FAKE profiles there are, and how many true(there are some True profiles, you can “see it,” “feel it and kow it” )

But before signing up for 1 month, EVEN WITHOUT PROFILE FOTO, AND WITH 1 PHOTO UPLOADED, MESSAGES NEVER STOPPED COMING, sometimes several a day for almost a month,.. now that I signed up, the Photo is the same, and perhaps with luck I can get 1 or 2 a week, stalling&smalltalk I guess, if not for the all month.

Photo checking IS A SCAM, because menbers can hide their photos from one another… If A SIGNED MEMBER upload a Photo is because they want everebody to see, i think, not at Be2… I managed to save hundreds of profiles with Photo, and the same face repeats for tens of profiles…

Beautifull older women(25 to 45) , that perhaps are nothing more than women or other very good enterteineres, protecting themself from suspition, by plausible deniability because they dont use iBOTs, or Artificial Uninteligence, even the “matching” has a Human touch on top of a set of “inference” (AI or AU) rules.

Seems to me that its a VERY GOOD SCAM, but a SCAM nonetheless.
