If you don't understand how dating scams work it's very easy to get taken for a ride. When a dating site like does everything in his power to deceive you, lie to you and then try to rip you off you have very little chance of actually hooking up with someone. This site uses almost every trick in the book to con you.

Online Cupids

As soon as you register for a free account on the site you are already being deceived. If you look at the evidence below, in the red circle you will notice that you have to agree to the terms and conditions, This also includes that you understand this site is for entertainment purposes only and that you have agreed to the use and nature of "Online Cupids". 99% of the people probably wouldn't click on the link to the "Online Cupids" or read the terms and conditions but this is where the scam is openly discussed in great detail. Hiding in plain view they basically discuss and review the whole agenda and how they scam people.

According to the terms and conditions this site uses fake profiles, paid employees and automated emails to deceive free members into upgrading to a paid subscription.

Online Cupids = Nonexistent Women

Doing a quick search for women on Affair Hookups we came across some shocking evidence that we have shared below. If you look at the evidence below there are red circles around the words "Online Cupid" on every single dating profile. These "Online Cupids" are found everywhere on the site. Unfortunately most people would not recognize or understand what an "Online Cupid" is, they would just think it was a regular female dating profile. When "Online Cupid" is above the image of the female member that means that it is a profile created by the dating site. This means that the profile is completely fake and the images and all information provided in the profile is not real. These women are not members of the dating site whatsoever. But since when you created your free membership you had to agree to the terms and conditions which also includes the use of "Online Cupids" you basically gave this website a green light to use fake profiles through out the site without you even realizing it. As you see from the evidence many of the women many of the women are very attractive. Realistically you would think that these type of woman would not need to register on a dating site to meet any man for sex. However since most men think with their little head and not their big one this dating site is able to scam thousands of men and make millions of dollars per year from their gullibility.

Online Cupid

Paid To Chat With You

Unfortunately like we mentioned this dating site use a multitude of deceptive business practices to trick you into paying for a useless monthly membership. Employing people to interact with you is another method that this site uses. Yes you read correctly they actually employ people to chat with you, possibly send you emails and basically push people into upgrading. You cannot actually communicate with anyone on the site unless you pay for it, so when you start receiving email messages you will need to upgrade to a paid membership in order to continue interacting with people on the site. This is where the paid employees come into effect and they are contracted to send you emails back and forth, chat with you on the site and attempt to get you to purchase webcam shows as well.

Email Messages

And the last part of the deception that ties into the rest of the scam is a use of fictitious emails. Any emails appear to be coming from legitimate local ladies, but it's all fake. If you look closely at the email messages you will soon realize that every single email message you probably have received was sent to you from an "Online Cupid" a fake girl who doesn't actually exist. And like mentioned above if you try to reply back to the email you are sent to an upgrade page and required to pay with your credit card.

Taken directly from the terms page they state the following:

"Messages sent from our Online Cupids® service may be automatically generated with no human involvement, and Online Cupids® messages and/or correspondence may be generated by third-parties hired or contracted by Us."

You are 100% correct about Affairhookups. I joined as a free member. I read and understood the use of onlinecupids, have experienced some onother sitesm annoying bu avoidable. This site is way over the top.almost zero -0- real members. Imessaged a few basic or featured members, right as membership was up, I started checking sent meassages buddy requests I had recieved. Every member ihad, had contact was now listed as an online cupid. I didn't catch in time to actually check any notes I had aganist the profiles on site, so can't say for certain but it appeared that they had listed some members as basic/featured members but after contact with them and going back to the members user name in my buddies list and sent mail lists on site that evenone in all my lists was now listed as an online cupid So I can't back up my statement with hard facts I know I had coontact with members on first contact were listed as basic or featured. At a later time when  I reviewed all the contacts site savs sent to mail all buddes requess all members were listed as online cupids! I can only say this as a waring from smart enough to know better, the way they tricked me into gong paid membership was that a member contacted me, an online cupid, pic was of my FIRST WIFE. She had no idea said she though something was weird about her pc and phone now believes she had been hacked and picks were copier. The sites are getting worse
