Overview

XSocial.com is operated by the same company that owns XPickup.com, FlirtHookup.com XMeeting.com and also XCheaters.com. This company has proved to us time and time again, review after review that they cannot be trusted. But once again we are giving them the benefit of the doubt. We have done a full review of XSocial.com that is available for you to read in full below.

Emails From Fake Girls (Automated Bots)

One thing you need to be aware of is that this site does admit to creating fictitious profiles. We have sophisticated software called Tiny Eye which is a Firefox add on that you can use to identify where images are located all over the internet. for instance if you have a dating profile,  you can search with Tiny Eye and it will find every single website where that exact image is located. We have included as evidence 3 profile photos that are shown below. We have also included the links to the exact locations to where these images are located on other websites.

We have no way to prove that the dating site has actually created these specific fake dating profiles however in their own words they do admit to creating fictitious profiles so you have to wonder if these profiles were created by the site.

Automated Emails From Fake Women

Unfortunately this website admits to using automated programs to send its members email messages as well as well as other forms of communications. So if you think you're receiving real email messages from legitimate girls think again, the chances are is that completely automated messages are being sent by the website. You may be wondering why a dating site would be sending out automated email messages? The reason is is that if you try to respond to the email messages you are asked to upgrade to a paid monthly subscription. So they send out fake email messages and then they require you to purchase a monthly subscription in order to read those messages. Of course you don't realize that the women emailing you are completely fake in the email messages. That is why most men are more than happy to purchase a subscription in order to hook up with a girl sending them a message. When you find out you have been scammed it's too late they already have your money.

Employees Are Paid To Interact With You

Another deception that XSocial admits to is the use of paid contractors to interact with you! Yes, you read that right they actually employ people to string you along. So, even if you are chatting or sending emails back and forth with a real person, there is a high chance that those people are actually employees of the company. There are paid to get you to keep your monthly subscription going, as long as possible. This is not just our opinion it is actually detailed and described directly on their website on the Terms and Conditions page.

Terms & Condition Reveal All The Deceptions

Below we have included the most important parts of the terms and conditions (section i:6 ) where they admit and discuss how they deceive you and use fake profiles as well as automated emails to trick you into buying a full paid subscription.

Taken from the terms page:

  • …we may post fictitious profiles, generate or respond to communications by means of automated programs or scripts that simulate or attempt to simulate your intercommunication with another real human being (though none really exists and any dialog is generated by programming)
  • …and we may employ or contract for the paid services of real persons who may interact with you as part of their compensated employment. While these communications may seem genuine, authentic, and personal, they may be broadcast simultaneously to a large number of persons and possess none of these qualities. While their contents may appear to be true, they may be quite false; while their contents may appear to sincere, they may be quite disingenuous.

  • xsocial scam says:

Total scam these people should be charged

    • Simon J Kormendy says:

Totally agree, they should be made to pay back one thousand times the ammount they scammed from their victims.

  • Simon J Kormendy says:

Skully, you're not the only one who has been scammed, I have only just realized that I,too, have been scammed by xSocial.com, yeah I know I am partly to blame for me getting scammed but that's beside the point, anyway,I paid just over $44.00 of my money to those shameless scam merchants, that's $44.00 I could have used to buy food so I could eat, I'm on a DSP with Centrelink, those scammers left me with just over $7.00 for the rest of this week, may Karma catch up with them if justice doesnt.

  • Simon J Kormendy says:

Okay, so if I want to contact Better Business Bureau and file a scam complaint against xSocial.com, what do I need to enter in for step 2?

  • Frank says:

  • gary fountain says:

hi this might help some of you i just cancelled my xsocial .com i went in to profile went to settings found manage payment chatted to a bernie trough the payment company and told them if my payment wasnt stopped i would contact my bank and interpol and report the company as scam he took my email and reference number and cancelled the payment straight away and sent me a comfirmation email

  • Mousey says:

I tried to get a refund by the method mentioned above and got nowhere fast. I contacted my credit union's fraud department and alerted them to the situation, and to not allow any further billings to my credit card by this entity. Also, their "about us" page gives an email address to contact them through for anything but billing. I wanted to use it to unload on them, but the address does not work. I should have known better all the way around.

  • pete says:

Thanks mate i just found iv been done as well.

  • Morgan says:

Whya re these fraud artists still oerating? Why does law enforcement or the some internet authority close the fuckers down? They are like blood suckers preying on unsuspecting, innocent people. Write about these bastards on every blog you can find.BTW, Download pics of the sluts who wrote you and threaten to to post their pics and emails on every blog and web site you can find if they will not refund you in full!!!!!

  • M lessard says:

Where the heck can we go to find someone on line that isn't a scam

  • Adzcore says:

Guys guys guys. I'm not going to say you deserved to be scammed. Nobody does. But the terms and conditions are there for a reason. You ticked the box that said you've read and understand the Ts and Cs. And if you can be bothered reading the whole thing, a quick google search and plenty of sites like this Weil tell you.

And apart from anything else, when do woman ever message guys first? C'mon fellas. You see how hot these chicks are…why would they be messsge a random dude who they've had no correspondence with and tell him how Horny she is right now and that she wants to come to your house with her girlfriend?  Where's my newspaper I want to hit you all over the back of the head. DONT LET YOUR DICK MAKE ALL YOUR DECISIONS. STEP BACK A MOMENT AND THINK LOGICALLY. Even when woman do reply to you, it's with one word answers because they are juggling at least 12 conversations at once.

  • Mitch says:

These motherfuckers got me once… but it will not happen again!!!

  • observer59 says:

    Got screwed once.

And not in a good way.

Managed to get my money back though.

    • Admin says:

how did you get your money back? Please explain so it can help others on here to get their money back from XSocial.com.

  • David W. says:

Well thankfully I didn't get scammed since I did enough research first and found out there are other services doing the same thing as XSocial. I DID however get tricked by an online dating called "getnaughty.com",and there are several other similar sites run by the same OFFSHORE company,BULOVA INVESTS,LTD.,in the British Virgin Islands. It probably was my own fault but part of their little scheme is offering the 3 day trial for only $2.85. But when you click on this option and make the credit/debit payment,a page instantly comes up telling you to "submit" as if the first one didn't go through. But now there are only options for the monthly upgrade for $22,or so,which I pretty much ignored like an idiot. Since they don't give you a "confirmation" that you have already signed up for the 3-day trial. Well long dtory short, they now pretend I don't even have the months membership since whenever ive tried messaging a girl's profile,a payment option comes up. I think what they did  was after i complained to them they cancelled my membership without telling me but kept the payment.  Anyway,i would strongly suggest if you want to really get back at these guys then look uo there REAL addresses and use it as a mailer with all there fake services offered, and send it to some higher officials or law enforcement, almost as a joke, but maybe they won't see it that way?? May not make much of a difference but i am not someone to sit back while these sites continue to scam people on a daily basis. One day they are going to piss off the wrong person. I wish no one any bodily harm, but I'm just saying these guys had better start looking over there shoulder if they are going to keep up this whole INTERNATIONAL online dating fraud. They are playing a dangerous game in this day and age.
