Overview

FreeSexMatch.com is associated to a huge amount of fake hookup sites such as, IAmNaughty.com, MatureXMatch.com, FattyChaser.com, SteamyLocals.com, YoLovers.com, WantUBad.com, UpForIt.com, HookupsFinder.com,NaughtyFlirt.com, CouplesMeet.com and, SaucySingles.com. All of these sites are operated by Bulova Investrment, a corporation located in the Caribbean on the British Virgin Islands. Bulova Investrment has caused lots of problems and grief with all these bogus dating services, they are all just frauds disguised to look like dating sites. They take in millions of dollars worldwide. So the big question, is FreeSexMatch.com yet another con in a sea of frauds from Bulova Investrment, OR is it a real dating site? We have all info below in our report, read it now!

The Site Admits That They Create Dating Profiles (Or At Least They Used To)

You might not find this in the current terms and conditions page of FreeSexMatch.com because they've updated their terms and conditions page and left out the fact that they are responsible for creating user profiles on their own dating service. We had to use a website called Archive.org in order to see the original terms and conditions page from 4 years ago when they openly admitted that they did in fact create profiles.

If you don't know what Archive.org is, it's a website that archives all web pages across the internet. If you publish something to the internet and then delete it at a later date Archive.org will have a copy of what you deleted. This is great for online investigating because we can search for pages that have been altered or deleted from the web.

If you read the terms and conditions page now on their website all of this information is GONE. There is no reference to the fact that FreeSexMatch admitted to creating user profiles that are used by their customer support reps. That reference has been deleted from their new terms and conditions page. Now in 2018, four years later this information is nowhere to be found on their website. Are we supposed to assume that they've changed their tune and are now not creating profiles on this website? Or are we going to suspect that nothing has changed, they're still creating fake profile pages but now they just don't admit to it. We think it's the latter,  based on their track record and their connection to other fake dating sites including the fact that they are owned by Bulova Investments.

The Site Admits That They Send People Emails & Chat Messages That Are Automated

Also not found in the current terms and conditions page is the paragraph where the administrators of Free Sex Match have openly admitted that they send electronic communications including emails and instant messages to "stimulate conversation between members". This means that they send people bogus emails and fake instant messages all used to deceive and manipulate you and other members into thinking you're being contacted by other members of the site. This is used as a marketing tactic because you can't actually email or chat with anyone on their site unless you have a paid subscription to their website.

Archive.org has the evidence from way back on July 1st 2014 in the original terms and conditions page where they once again admit that they're responsible for sending people electronic communications. This is found in section 2 3 of the original terms.

They may have changed the terms and conditions page on their own website but Archive.org never forgets and the evidence will always be there forever!

The Site Uses An Automated Pop Up Notification System

On the current terms and conditions page for FreeSexMatch they tell us that they're using an automated pop-up notification system as well as instant messages and emails to send activity alerts to you. They go onto state that some of these automatically generated activity alerts require you to have an upgraded paid membership in order to see the contents of those emails. If you're getting instant messages and emails don't for a minute assume that these are coming from members who are sitting there typing to you directly. These are all automated messages that are part of their automated pop-up notification system.

It's all a marketing gimmick. If you didn't read our investigation you would have absolutely no idea that these messages are all computer-generated. A large portion of the people joining this site will think the messages are coming from legitimate women when in fact everything has been generated by a computer bot system. Some of the people will upgrade in order to read the email messages, and to reply to the messages thinking they have a shot at hooking up with the girls sending them the emails and chat messages.

Excerpts From The Terms And Conditions  From 2008

We've included the terms and conditions page from 2014 and 2018. These are the most important parts of both versions of the terms and conditions page which prove what we've already discussed in this investigation. Firstly the website is responsible for creating user profiles that are used by their support reps to encourage you to upgrade. On top of that they're also admitting that they send people computer-generated communications like emails and instant messages and that you need to upgrade to read the contents of those emails and chat messages. Read the most important parts of the terms below or you can click on this link to read the 2014 (go to section #2) version and the 2018 version (see  section #1)

  • 2.2 We create user profiles for use by our customer support representatives for the support, marketing and improvement of the Service. Our customer support representatives are encouraged to speak with our members and also to stimulate conversation between members by making introductions or recommendations. This is a vital part of the Service we provide. Should you wish not to be contacted in this way you can alter your preferences by visiting the 'My Account' section of this website.
  • 2.3 We may, from time to time, send electronic communications to ask how our members are using certain aspects of the Service and to stimulate conversation between members.
  • 2.4 There is no guarantee that you will find a date, a companion or an activity partner, or that you will meet any of our members in person.

  1. To boost interaction between our members and in order to notify them of newly registered matches and any activity of that new user (i.e. registration, photo upload etc.), we may, from time to time, use an automatic pop up notification system and other communication channels e.g. inbox or instant messages to send Activity Alerts to you.

  2. Some auto generated Activity Alerts may require an upgraded Paid Membership in order to see the content of message and reply to it.

Final Decision:

Realistically we don't think that anything has changed with FreeSexMatch.com. Just because they've omitted certain things from their newer terms and conditions page that was there for years ago doesn't mean anything has changed for the better. We still think they're using the same dirty tricks and deceptions to make a boat load of money off of gullible web users. Don't fall for their lies!

  • John says:

I was on the site for 3 days, they made charges on my credit card, and planned to make more.  it was great at first all these hot women flirting and talking to me.  then i started noticing anyone who wanted to go off the site was a scammer trying to get you to buy verification id so they could meet with you which involved your credit card, to make sure you were safe.  they would say they were from the local area but knew nothing of the local sights.  after 3 days i decided to leave, i couldnt remove my account.  i looked at the terms of use and did what it said to remove the account.  that when the shit hit the fan, i recieved 22 email in 4 hours from the support and admins stating that i would have to complete a "mandortory sercurtiy check" before i could close my account which also required my credit card and was told no charge, or i would be fined 200-300 dollars weekly, or 300-500 dollars.  i stopped going on the site but the emails continued and got worse, they started accussing me of being a scammer, and harassing the legit members, threats of the fines continued, lucky for me i cancelled my credit card before the charges came through. the last email i recieved from them in bold, stated that account was going to be terminated and i was to be fined 700-800 dollars not compiling with the sercurity check.  i write this to warn others about this site and others like it, it feels good in the begining but after while you get "a sour taste in your mouth".  a few things i read about to help others:  watch the spelling, it aint that great, if they give an address look it up on google maps and ask them about local sights, ask them random question about around where they say they live, and above all constantly check your email and credit card statement, watch the pics they send you, you will eventually get doubles, and they are probably stolen from someone else.  most important thing if they ask for email, phone number, or this my name look me up on facebook, definitly a scammer, take my advise stay away from these kind of sites.

  • Kevin says:
