XMeets.com Review

Overview

Today's investigation is on a site called HookupGold.com. This website is being used exclusively to send people over to a dating site that we have already reviewed called XMeets.com.

HookupGold.com's Connection To XMeets.com

HookupGold.com has some kind of partnership with XMeets.com. When we first arrived on the homepage of Hookup Gold we noticed that they had the XMeets logo on there as well. When we tried to register on HookupGold.com we filled in our username, login info an email address and from there we were redirected to the secondary site which is of course XMeets.com. We have seen this type of scenario happen in the past and what's usually going on is some form of partnership where a website site owner (in this case HookupGold.com) sends traffic to the actual dating service and they are compensated financially for every new member that registers on the site. In this particular situation HookupGold.com is most likely getting paid to send traffic (web users) to XMeets.com. For every new person that registers on the site they get paid.

In our review of XMeets that was over 1000 words long we explain why XMeets.com is a scam and how they defraud and mislead people. We explain everything in detail from how they use computer software bots, send you phony emails to how they employ third-party contractors to chat with you. We also explain (with proof) that the profiles on the site are 100% fake and are all used together to mislead you into upgrading into a paid monthly membership package. Everything is available for you to read on our detailed review of XMeets here.

Did HookupGold Scam You? Fight Back!

Were you taken in by HookupGold.com? Did you get conned? If you purchased a monthly membership on HookupGold.com / XMeets.com it's your duty to get your money back. You can't let these people get away with it. They are criminals that prey on good people. There are ways to fight back, the easiest way is to call up your bank tell them what happened and they will gladly reimburse you for the amount that you paid. You might have to jump through a few hoops but you are in the right so the chances of getting your money back are almost 100%. The more people that fight to get their money back then it'll make it less popular for dating frauds like this to exist. Most people just lay down and forget about the $30 they lost and this is how these kind of dating frauds can flourish. If only 2% of their members complain then they've made a 98% profit. People need to take a stand and that starts with you!
