Overview

40PlusMarket.com is the focus of our investigation in this review. Just off the bat we noticed that 40PlusMarket is connected to other sites that we've already reviewed and exposed for being fake hookup sites. This long list includes SecretMatureMarket.com, MeetLocalMatures.com, SecretMatureContact com, and MatureContactService.com, and MatureContactSearch.com. These are just a few of hundreds of sites owned by Festivus media which is the controlling corporation that operates not only 40 Plus Market and hundreds of other dating sites. You can read our full investigation below.

Made Up Profiles Created By The Site

One of the things that we like to do is read the terms and conditions every time we register on a new dating site. Surprisingly almost all dating sites that use fake profiles and automated computer bots and other dirty techniques admit to all of this fraud in their terms and conditions page. And 40PlusMarket.com didn't let us down. They revealed everything including the use of what they call "fictive profiles". Fictive is another word for fictitious meaning of course fake. The website confesses that they create fake dating profiles that they use throughout their website.

You could be under the impression that you're looking at a profile of an attractive looking 40 year old lady but more likely than not is that the profile has been created by the website. The number one reason that 40PlusMarket.com creates phony female profiles is that they don't have nearly enough real mature women, cougars and MILFs registering on their site. If you have a dating site that is supposed to be focused on women over 40 years of age but you don't actually have any women over 40 joining the site then that's a huge problem. Their solution to this problem is to take things into their own hands and start make phony profiles and then spreading them throughout their dating site. Of course it's a fraud but they could care less because all they're worried about is you purchasing credits, so they can make money from you. They do everything in their power including utilizing fictitious profiles to deceive you into purchasing credits to interact and communicate with the fictitious older women on the site.

Fake Emails From Fictive Profiles

Another tidbit of information is that the website sends messages on behalf of the self-created profiles that they are responsible for building. This means any email messages you receive on the site are fictitious. They deceive you into believing real women are contacting you via email. The website is using sophisticated computer algorithms that are designed to send you bogus email messages that look real. Behind the emails are computer bots that are designed to mimic real people. These computer bots can send you precomposed email that appear to be 100% real. Of course you can never meet a computer bot in person since it's a computer program. Purchasing credits to interact with a computer program is a scam and the site is 100% responsible for all of it. The website clearly states that they are behind this manipulation, what they're involved in is illegal tactics to make money off of your ignorance. FYI Rolling Stone did an article on the subject of fake bots.

According To The Site 40PlusMarket.com Is An "Entertainment Service"

Do you realize that 40 Plus Market on their terms and conditions page states that their website is for adult entertainment purposes. They go on to state that it's not their aim to bring physical meetings and or contact between their members. How does that make sense to anyone? Isn't a dating site specifically designed to bring people together. Isn't that the whole point of joining a dating service? But what you need to understand is that 40PlusMarket.com isn't a dating site, it's a fake dating disguised to look like it's a real place to meet real individuals. This is the main reason why they call their website an adult entertainment service. It is there strictly to entertain you. It is not a hook-up site where you can meet real mature women.

A List Of Their Crimes Detailed On The Terms Page

We've talked about evidence on the terms and conditions page a few times in this review. Now what we'd like to give you is even more evidence, the most important paragraphs from the terms and conditions page which back up everything we've talked about. Everything from the fake profiles that they admit to creating, the fact that they consider their website an entertainment site and also that the fact that they send emails from the fictitious profiles that they are behind creating. You can read those paragraphs below or click on this link to be taken directly to the terms and conditions page (section 6.3)

Yes it seem that I've fallen for it and paid an intial amount of £7.99 to them. 40PlusMarket respond promptly (probably from call centres) to all messages because it is their job to steal money from gullible people as I have been. If you try to give your email address or phone number they always reply with  that they are umcomfortable with using other apps to protect their privacy. And just when I thought that that was what it was not about. Frankly it's morally criminal and utterly appaling.

another site to steer clear of is "Local sex dates.co.uk" Just like "40plus" it makes up fake profiles and messages are answered probably from a center in Europe Holand / Germany. Their message dateline changes 11pm and not 12midnight. Its a complete scam. Dates with their faked women never materialise. Their messages continually try to convince you to buy more message credits.

This is a great site. Wish I had logged on before I got ripped off
