Overview

CougarCrush.com came to our attention about 30 days ago. We have conducted an investigation by signing up to the site, the complete review is available for you to read below.

What Are "Cupids"?

Probably the best way to start this review / investigation is to discuss something that this website calls "Cupid" profile. This is the center of the deception. This service uses computer-generated "Cupid" profiles to trick you in a multitude of different ways.

CougarCrush.com admits to using computer generated dating profiles that they call "Cupid" profiles. They are marked with this icon: Cupid. "Cupid" profiles are automatically generated for "marketing purposes". Marketing means trying to sell you something and they are trying to sell you and trick you into upgrading to a paid monthly subscription. This is the reason they create fictitious dating profiles of females. Read on as we discuss the various facets of "Cupid" profiles and how they use them to deceive you and trick you into upgrading.

Automated Emails From "Cupids"

Shortly after registering on CougarCrush.com the emails started to coming in. So far we have received 4 emails (see evidence below). All the emails we received so far are from fake women aka "Cupids" marked with this icon: Cupid.

But, why wouldn't a dating site be sending its members fake emails from fake women who aren't even members of the dating service? The reason is very simple to answer, it's all about money. If you try to read any emails from the "Cupids" Cupid you need to upgrade in order to read the email messages. If you want to reply back to any emails you receive you need to upgrade.

And another reason they use "Cupids" is because they don't have real women using the dating site. The site is full of real real men but very few legitimate women using the dating service so what they do is create fake female profiles called "Cupids"Cupid.

Fake Profiles Aka "Cupids"

All the women that contacted us are "Cupids" Cupid. The images use for these profiles (see evidence below) can actually be traced back to adult image sites. Both of dating profile images shown below are also found an adult image sites. We have included links to the direct location where those specific photographs are found on those sites. Like we said, since CougarCrush.com does not have real women using it they simply fabricate fake dating profiles. Part of a dating profile are the photographs found in the profiles and as you can see these images are not of legit members. Many of the dating profiles have images that look like professional photos, they don't look like like regular women and that is another red flag of fictitious profiles.

Phony Friends Requests From "Cupids"

So far we have received 3 friends requests. We have included evidence below which shows that every single profile sending us friends requests are "Cupids" with the Cupid icon circled in red below. This signifies that those profiles are created by CougarCrush.com, they are not real women sending us friends request. The reason we are receiving friends requests is of course for the site to make money off of us. If we try to communicate back to those women who send us the friends requests we are asked to upgrade before we can communicate with them. It's all about money and they will resort to lying, deceiving and scamming you to make millions of dollars.
